Our founder, Clayton Bryce, brings over 15 years of practical experience along with partners who have extensive experience in CQC and Ofsted compliance. In addition, the team has extensive knowledge of the property sector, use-class planning applications and health & safety compliance with a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape.

Lisa brings a wealth of experience to her work, having successfully run her own Nursing Consultancy for five or more years. Following this, she worked extensively as an Independent Health and Social Care Consultant, supporting a wide range of services, predominantly within Care Homes for older people. Her insight, attention to detail, and ability to drive quality improvements have always stood out.

Most recently, Lisa took on the challenging role of Registered Manager in a large 98-bedded service that included a specialist Acquired Brain Injury Unit. Her clinical background as a qualified RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse), combined with her excellent leadership and management skills, ensured she led with confidence, compassion, and competence.
